Kristina Cullen currently serves as the Sustainability and Energy Analyst for California State University, Sacramento. Kristina has more than a decade of professional work experience in environmental sustainability focusing on resource conservation and behavioral change management, as well as career experience in marketing, sales, outreach, and communications. Kristina’s role within the Sac State Sustainability team is to aid in the development and implementation of waste, water, energy and emissions reduction strategies for the campus, while engaging the campus community in shifting the sustainability culture. Kristina leads efforts in the department’s metrics tracking and reporting; utilities management; energy project management; grant resource development; government relations; community engagement liaison; and marketing and outreach. Kristina is also the campus beekeeper! Kristina holds an MBA with a concentration in Sustainability, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing, a certificate in Energy Innovation Strategies from Stanford University, and is a LEED Green Associate accredited professional.
