Kathryn Canepa

Kathryn is a Project Manager at Civic Thread (formerly WALKSacramento). She has worked in the transportation equity field for over four years. With a background in state service, Kathryn’s experience working with stakeholders to push innovative and equitable policy helps her bridge gaps between decision makers and community members when translating community priorities into policy. At Civic Thread, she conducts development review through an active transportation and environmental justice lens and coordinates community engagement processes. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Environmental Design from UC Davis.
