The ISET Climate Resilience Framework (CRF) is an analytical, systems-based approach to building resilience to climate change in urban areas. The goal of this structured framework is to build overall, networked city resilience capable of addressing emerging, indirect and slow-onset climate impacts as well as current hazards. Building off the CRF, this toolkit provides solutions for communities and planners and features a three-part training series, case studies, policy briefs, technical reports, and additional instructional components.
